Mr. Albert "Hank" Clayton Stiles

Albert “Hank” Clayton Stiles, 83, of 163 Beaverdam Trail, Walhalla, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021, at his home. A native of LaFayette, GA, Mr. Stiles was the son of the late Fred and Hattie Virginia Bryant Stiles. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and was the owner of Hank’s Golf Carts. Mr. Stiles was of the Christian faith. Mr. Stiles is survived by his soulmate: Susan Dorfner of Walhalla, SC; sons: Maurice Clayton Stiles of Ormond Beach, FL and Jack Dorfner (Cindy) of Seneca, SC; daughters: Sheri Yvonne Knighton (Bryan) of Woodruff, SC and Cathy Freeman (Steve) of Seneca, SC; fourteen brothers and sisters; grandchildren: Thomas Knighton, Danielle Green, Jonathan Stiles, Christopher Stiles, Ryan Stiles, Caitlyn Dorfner, William Dorfner and Emily Dorfner; and great-grandchildren: Jeremiah, Candice, Chasity, Misty, Gavyn, Pyper, Jaxon, Brix and Avelyn. In addition to his parents, Mr. Stiles was preceded in death by his son: William Joseph Stiles; and granddaughter: Amanda Stiles. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Davenport Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, donate3.cancer.org.
