Mr. Johnnie C. McConnell

Johnnie C. McConnell, 86, husband of the late Jean T. McConnell, of 249 Snow Creek Road, Seneca, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at his home. A native of Sandy Springs, SC, Mr. McConnell was the son of the late Calvin Mitchell and Eugenia Hunnicutt McConnell. He retired from K-MAC Service, INC. where he served as the president of the company. Mr. McConnell was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Seneca, SC. Mr. McConnell is survived by his son: Johnny Duff McConnell (Tynette); daughters: Terri Lynch (Mike) and Karen King (Greg); sister: Phyllis King; grandchildren: Dustin, Abby and Megan McConnell, Mitchell and Brandon Lynch and Tanner King; and great-grandchildren: Mallory and Madison Lynch, Zander Lynch and Benjamin McConnell. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. McConnell was preceded in death by his brother-in-law and business partner: Buddy King. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM, Wednesday, prior to the service, at Oconee Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Collins Children’s Home, P.O.
