Mrs. Louise Elizabeth Turner Smith

January 27, 1941 - April 13, 2022

Louise Elizabeth Turner Smith, 81, wife of Clyde James Smith, of Seneca, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Cottingham Hospice House. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late Walt and Ollie Mae Burrell Turner. She was a homemaker and was a member of Return Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Smith is survived by her sons: Steven Scott Smith (Becky) of Seneca and Troy Lane Smith of Fair Play; daughter: Allison Holcombe (Bobby) of Seneca; sisters: Linda Martin of Walhalla and Juanita Turner of Seneca; six grandchildren: Page Holcombe, Hiram Smith, Tylan Smith, Helanna Smith, Chris Smith and Brandon Smith; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her brother: Tommy Turner. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 15, 2022, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 2:00 PM, Friday, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.
