Rebecca Ruth Andrews Cooper, 72, wife of Clyde Marion Cooper, of 8921 Abbeville Highway, Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at the home of her daughter. A native of Pasadena, Texas, Mrs. Cooper was the daughter of the late Curtis Fletcher Andrews and Evelyn Elizabeth Almquist Andrews. She was a member of Lee Shoals Church of God and she was a homemaker. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Cooper is survived by her sons: Curtis Cooper (Courtney) of Katy, TX and Paul Cooper of Minnesota; daughters: Tina Camacho (Andi) of Conroe, TX and Teresa Lesley (Theodore T. Galloway) of Tamassee; and grandchildren: Cade, Camille, Corinne, Heather, Amber, David, Lauren, Matthew, Logan, Theodore, Andy and Christian. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at the Mountain Laurel Garden in Tamassee. The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00 AM, on Sunday, prior to the service, at the Mountain Laurel Garden in Tamassee. Flowers are accepted, but the family request live plants. The family is at their respective homes.
