Mrs. Shelby Jean Owens Lusk Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Shelby Jean Owens Lusk, 80, wife of the late Melton Lusk, of Walhalla, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Prisma Health Cottingham Hospice House. A native of Liberty, SC, Mrs. Lusk was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Owens and Maggie Reeova Howe Owens. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Lusk is survived by sons: Robert "Greg" Brewer (Patricia) of Walhalla and Tim Marion Cothran (Kathy) of Liberty' daughter: Annette Owens Smith (Richard); brothers: Jack Owens (Faye), Ellis Owens, Jimmy Owens (Pan); grandchildren: Nikki Donald (Eric), Tara Hayter (Mark), GW Reid (Michelle), Moriah Smith, Maggie Brewer, and Robert Brewer; and great-grandchildren: Corey Donald, Riley Donald, Landon Hayter, Connor Hayter, Tristan Reid, Savannah Reid, Nora Davern, Kendall Davern, Briauna Strickland, Kayne Rooney, and Madelina Melo. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lusk is preceded in death by brothers: Preston Owens, Earl Owens, Charles Owens, Doug Owens, and Robert L. Owens, Jr. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
