As I'm living in Egypt and wanted to send flowers I tried FTD first of course. They claimed they were out of every choice I wanted. They had nothing appropriate. I found a more beautiful spray from this store and at a better price too! Quick and efficient! It was more beautiful in person than in the picture.

I was the first person at the wake for my 100 year old former client. When I arrived, the spray I ordered and paid for was not there. I have an email notification from you that the spray was to be delivered the day before the service (as the service was very short). Clearly, this email notification was incorrect. I was greeted by an email from you crediting me $10 off the purchase price. I would accept $100 off the price as the spray was not delivered on time. Please let me know if the $100 credit will be applied.

The flowers were nice. I wish there had been a way to designate on the order form that I wanted a specific color of custom ribbon. In this case, I had wanted a blue ribbon because my uncle was a veteran and the red and white flowers with the blue ribbon would have been nice. So, just a comment for future reference - is there a way that one could specify further instructions for the custom ribbon. Thanks.

I was told there woud The arrangement would be large 50" long and 30+ across. It was maybe30" long and 224 across!! I was so disappointed. I want a refund from this florist. This was a very important family member and to pay almost $250 was shocking!! I was afraid this might happen so I talked with the person I ordered from and she assured me it would be the size stated. To be frank it was a LIE!!! And you think you can aget away with this?? PLUS the roses were fully open! I used to own a flower shop and fresh roses are tight and beautiful. The florist used OLD roses!! I'm so very upset right now.
